Course Objectives.
The traditional Japanese drum has a huge variety of drumming styles and techniques. Through this course you learn the basics and principles of the art of Taiko. With the vibrational power of the drum you rediscover your life force and mental and physical well-being, stimulating your whole being to achieve a better condition that leads to fully enhancing your life.
To whom it is addressed
The course is aimed at all people who want to improve their personal physical, mental, emotional and energetic development through the practical study of Japanese drumming. To those who want to develop rhythmic and musical skills, flexibility, endurance, physical strength and conscious listening to their own condition.

- 3 cycles of 3 2-hour monthly meetings
- Learning the basics and exercises to practice at home
- Final meeting with all munedaiko groups in Italy
